Delete Your Blizus Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Blizus account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Blizus app.
2. Log in to your Blizus account.
3. Go to Profile or Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the instructions shown on screen to confirm your request.

What Happens After Account Deletion?

Once your account deletion request is confirmed, Blizus will begin the account deletion process. Your account will no longer be available for normal use, and personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

Some information may be retained for a limited period when required by applicable laws, regulations, fraud prevention, security requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. Any information retained for these purposes will be handled according to applicable privacy requirements.

Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent. You may lose access to your account, booking history, saved information, and other account-related features.

Please make sure you have completed any active service requests and resolved any pending payments or disputes before deleting your account.

If you are unable to delete your account through the Blizus app or need assistance with your deletion request, please contact Blizus Support.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing a deletion request to protect your account and personal information.
