Towing Service for Cars, Bikes & Vehicles in Model Town, Gurugram

Yes, you can request towing through Blizus if a towing partner is available near your location. Depending on your vehicle and situation, you may be able to request flatbed towing, wheel-lift towing, or heavy-duty towing. If you are unsure which option you need, use Custom Towing Requests, where available, to describe your vehicle and situation.

Flatbed towing involves loading the vehicle onto a flat platform and securing it for transport. Wheel-lift towing raises one set of wheels while the other set remains on the road. The appropriate method depends on your vehicle, its condition, and the towing requirements. Confirm the suitable method with your selected towing professional before the vehicle is moved.

Blizus towing options depend on the vehicle type and the services available in your area. Cars and other light vehicles may be eligible for flatbed or wheel-lift towing, while larger commercial vehicles may require heavy-duty towing. Select the appropriate service in the app or submit a Custom Towing Request if the available options do not match your vehicle.

Open the Blizus app, select the appropriate towing service, share your vehicle's current location and intended drop-off location, and provide the required vehicle details. Submit your request to receive offers from available towing partners. Compare the offers, choose your preferred partner, and track the booking in the app where live tracking is available.

The towing price covers the work specified in the selected service and the offer you accept. This may include vehicle loading, securing, transportation to the agreed destination, and unloading. Review the service's Includes and Excludes sections and confirm the agreed destination and any applicable additional charges before accepting the offer.

Additional charges may apply for services or expenses not included in the accepted offer, such as repairs, spare parts, tolls, parking, permits, winching, crane assistance, or difficult vehicle recovery. The actual charges depend on the job and the agreed service scope. Confirm any extra costs with your towing professional before authorizing additional work.

Arrival time depends on your location, traffic conditions, towing requirements, and partner availability. Review the estimated arrival time shown in available offers before booking. After accepting an offer, use the Blizus app to track your towing partner when live tracking is available.

You can cancel your towing booking if cancellation is available for its current status. Open the booking in the Blizus app and check the cancellation option. Applicable charges or restrictions may depend on the booking stage and Blizus's cancellation policy.

Open the relevant booking in Blizus and go to Help & Support. Provide your booking ID and explain what happened. If your vehicle was damaged, document the visible damage with photographs where safe to do so and include the relevant details in your complaint. The support team can review your concern and guide you on the next steps.
